Job Description
REMOTE but have to work CA business hrs, Travel minimum to 25%, minimal travel once or twice + onboarding week.
Required:
• 5 - 7 years experience working in the healthcare / medical environment required.
• Must possess a strong understanding of pharmacy workflow.
• Cerner Pharmnet Experience.
Must haves:
• Cerner Pharmnet, & Remedy or Service Now ticket systems
• Alaris smart pumps support (would be a plus)
• Want people that can think on their feet, who can deal with being presented new things/problems and working through that.
Desirable soft skills:
• Customer service oriented, Communication Skills, Problem Solving
• The roles looking to fill
• Incidents and request taking rotation, handling request, on call once or twice week (24 hrs) but will not go over 40/hr. per week...
• Processing request during reg business hrs
• Support role, working incident and request tickets
• Taking incident calls need someone that customer service while working with nurses and pharmacist, talking with end users and resolve the problems
• Supporting pharmnet and Alaris....Alaris smart pumps support (would be a plus)
• Power chart ambulatory.
• Inpatient pharmacy workflow exp a plus
• Use remedy, will eventually use Service now by Aug of this year....
• Multi facility organization
