They are seeking an Assistant Media Planner to support the development and execution of media plans across digital and traditional channels, while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining campaign documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of FYC media plans across digital and traditional channels
- Assist in audience research and data gathering to inform smart, insight-driven strategies
- Maintain planning documents, campaign trackers, and budget reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative, activation and analytics
- Pull campaign data and help identify key learnings and optimization opportunities
- Monitor budgets, billing and vendor deliverables to keep everything running smoothly
- Stay up-to-date on media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Passion for media, marketing or entertainment
- Comfortable in Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote; bonus points for research or analytics tools
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
- Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
