The Associate Account Manager plays a key role in supporting the Client Service team by handling service and transactional tasks, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with client interactions to facilitate career growth.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client service by issuing certificates and Auto ID cards and assisting with policy-related requests
- Review, process, and check policies, endorsements, audits, and quotes for accuracy and completeness
- Generate invoice requests and manage loss runs to support renewals and ongoing client needs
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, renewal materials, and loss summary analyses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system of record, documenting all client communications and policy activity
- Contribute to new business efforts and support firm-wide client retention goals
- Follow established documentation, compliance, and E&O procedures to ensure accuracy and risk mitigation
- Engage in corporate initiatives and collaboration efforts that promote accountability, learning, and team success
- Take on stretch assignments that build skills, expand knowledge, and support long-term career growth
