About The Role
The Associate Brand Manager will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and affinity. This role will be focused on driving buzz via owned channels and earned media which will involve working closely with our global marketing team, managing our PR agency, deploying influencer marketing, overseeing brand partnerships and launching new products and go-to-market campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Brand Management: Support the execution of our full year brand marketing plans to drive impactful buzz and awareness with our core consumer through exceptional brand activations, consumer events, brand campaign support, partnerships, and new product launches. This will include managing the marketing calendar and communication across departments, key stakeholders, and with external partners. You will help ensure the adherence of brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
• PR & Communications: Coordinate with our PR agency to ensure brand messages are effectively communicated. Support the development of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Ensure monitoring and reporting of PR campaign performance and coverage.
• Influencer Marketing: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with brands that align with our brand ethos and coordinate joint marketing efforts and campaigns with partner brands. Monitor and report on the success of brand partnership initiatives.
• Social Media: Closely monitor US engagement on organic socials and work cross-collaboratively with global stakeholders on activating social campaigns and activity. This includes managing messaging and communication on Instagram.
• Project Management: Drive projects to reality with excellent project management and a high standard of execution. Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, digital, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
• Creative Briefs: Create exciting and clear briefs for the creative team for all brand marketing asset needs.
• Budget Management: Manage and track project budgets to ensure value is maximized.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing of North America, and collaborates deeply with the marketing and sales teams.

Key Skills Needed Include
• 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing and/or related role
• Understanding of brand management principles and omnichannel marketing
• Experience with influencer marketing and managing PR agencies
• Strong understanding and passion for consumer trends, youth culture, and CPG
• Ability to work collaboratively across business functions and with a global team
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Work
