Job Title: Automation Tester Full-time (H1B/OPT Accepted)

We're searching for a skilled Automation Tester to develop and execute automated test scripts for our software applications. You'll collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify and document bugs, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Maintain and update the test automation framework as needed.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure that new features do not impact existing functionality.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk analysis activities.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in test automation tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an Automation Tester or in a related QA role.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and programming languages (e.g., Java, C#).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in test automation or QA practices are a plus.
