B2B SaaS Marketing & Brand Strategist (Fractional / Contract) – LMS + AI Platform

We are launching a next-generation B2B Learning Management System powered by AI. Our platform enables organizations to create, manage, and scale intelligent training programs using AI-driven content generation, pathway building, tagging, and enterprise integrations. We are looking for a seasoned SaaS marketing and branding expert to help us build and execute our go-to-market strategy. This is not a junior execution role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, work directly with the CEO, and drive measurable growth. What We Need You will act as a fractional marketing lead and growth partner. Your responsibilities will include: 1️⃣ Brand & Positioning • Develop clear positioning for wzdm.ai • Refine value proposition and messaging for enterprise buyers • Competitive analysis (LMS + AI training platforms) • Develop brand voice, narrative, and differentiation strategy • Help shape website messaging and landing pages 2️⃣ Demand Generation & Lead Growth • Design and execute B2B lead generation strategy • Build multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, content, email) • Define ICP and buyer personas (L&D heads, HR, Enterprise CTOs, etc.) • Develop content strategy (whitepapers, webinars, case studies) • Create measurable funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, demo conversion) 3️⃣ Demo & Sales Enablement • Help craft a compelling product demo narrative • Develop pitch decks and sales messaging • Create sales collateral • Improve demo-to-close conversion flow 4️⃣ CEO Advisory • Consult directly with CEO on brand awareness strategy • Advise on pricing positioning • Help define go-to-market roadmap • Provide structured competitive landscape analysis ⸻ ✅ Ideal Candidate You must have: • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing • Experience launching or scaling a SaaS product • Proven demand generation experience • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels • Experience working with founders/CEOs • Analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics & CAC/LTV thinking) • Portfolio of past SaaS launches or campaigns Leverages AI for efficiency.
