What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Field customer inquiries and find innovative solutions to various questions, issues, and concerns
– Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication

– Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
– Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred
– Must be over 18 years of age
– High School Diploma or GED required
– Proven oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
– Comfort with desktop computer systems and navigating Windows operating systems
– Strong logical problem-solving skills
– Excellent organizational and work prioritization skills
