Job Description:
• Learn and present Colony’s full range of products, focusing on Custom Store Fixtures and Shop-In-Shop solutions.
• Develop sales strategies tailored to target accounts and markets.
• Establish and build relationships with target accounts to craft winning proposals and presentations.
• Engage prospects using various techniques like phone, email, and networking to create new business opportunities.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and inquiries to maximize potential and align with client’s needs.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction on project requirements and delivery.
• Provide weekly updates on meetings, opportunities, and project development.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
• 7 to 10 years of Sales Management experience with a record of driving brand growth and sealing the deal.
• Skilled in building connections, networking creatively and delivering standout presentations.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; familiarity with the store fixture or retail/apparel industries is a plus.
• Travel-ready to connect with clients and drive business growth.
• Eye for detail, positive mindset, and loves collaborating.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent with words—written, spoken, and everything in between.
