Business Development Representative – Remote
Autana is a consulting and systems development firm that works with real estate brokerages and investor teams to modernize their operations and improve sales performance.
We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Representative to initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls with real estate professionals.
This is a performance-driven role where earnings are tied directly to production and results.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Initiate conversations with real estate brokers and team leaders
• Qualify prospects and schedule strategy sessions
• Maintain activity within our CRM
• Follow structured sales processes and scripts
This role focuses on initiating high-quality conversations with business owners — not consumer sales.
Compensation Structure
Compensation is performance-based and tied to booked and closed opportunities.
High performers can exceed the listed annual range.
Qualifications
• B2B sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and performance-oriented
• Experience in real estate or SaaS is a plus
