Role Overview:
As the Business Head / Lead Generation Head, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our startup by identifying new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, and overseeing the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the founding team and manage client acquisition, from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets for business opportunities.
? Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and business development.
? Client Communication & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
? Sales Negotiations & Closures: Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring high conversion rates.

? Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and sales performance.
