We’re seeking a Business Operations Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. This role sits at the center of operations—ensuring our reporting is accurate and client-ready, our systems scale effectively, and our processes continuously improve. You will partner closely with client-facing teams, leadership, and external vendors to deliver insights, strengthen workflows, and drive operational precision. What You’ll Own Client-Ready Reporting & Insights • Prepare polished, accurate data reports for enterprise client conversations • Build, maintain, and analyze HubSpot dashboards and operational reporting • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across systems Operational Excellence • Identify workflow inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks • Triage and troubleshoot issues based on business and client impact • Recommend and implement scalable process improvements • Document and standardize core operating procedures Communication & Cross-Functional Execution • Draft and send clear, professional communications to clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure operational follow-through across teams • Maintain strong coordination between client-facing, operational, and leadership teams Vendor & Systems Optimization • Meet with third-party vendors to improve workflows and system performance • Evaluate vendor processes and recommend efficiency improvements • Identify automation and tooling opportunities to enhance scalability High-Impact Execution • Own time-sensitive, business-critical operational tasks • Support leadership with data analysis and execution on strategic priorities • Proactively identify gaps and solve problems before they escalate What We’re Looking For • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail • Experience with HubSpot reporting (or similar CRM platforms) • Ability to present data clearly and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • High accountability and comfort operating independently • A continuous improvement mindset with a bias toward thoughtful execution Required Qualifications • 2–5 years in BizOps/RevOps/Analytics/Client Ops delivering operational reporting and process improvement in a scaling environment • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, advanced formulas) to build recurring KPI reporting and automated reporting workflows • CRM reporting experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable), including dashboard maintenance and data hygiene • Strong data quality discipline: define metrics clearly, validate inputs/outputs, and run QA to prevent client-facing errors • Ownership of client-ready reporting deliverables (weekly/monthly KPI packs, KPI reviews, and on-time report delivery) • Ability to manage and reconcile data across systems to maintain a reliable source of truth (CRM + spreadsheets + vendor tools) • Track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing measurable improvements (time saved, fewer errors, faster turnaround) • Experience partnering with vendors to improve processes and system performance Preferred Qualifications • Ability to pull, query, and validate data from structured sources (databases/warehouses/vendor exports) using common query tools/languages (e.g., SQL, MongoDB query language, or similar) • Power BI: Experience creating and/or maintaining Power BI dashboards (data modeling, KPI definitions, refresh schedules, and stakeholder-ready reporting) • Experience working in additional BI platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker, Tableau) for reporting, dashboard iteration, or metric validation • Experience supporting or evaluating systems integrations (CRM ↔ BI ↔ vendor tools), including requirements, testing, and monitoring • Familiarity with data quality and governance practices (validation checks, audit trails, access controls; comfort working with sensitive/PII data) • Experience with automation and workflow tooling (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, etc.) • Background in fintech, benefits, HR tech, or other high-trust / sensitive-data environments What Success Looks Like • Enterprise reporting is consistently accurate, polished, and proactive • Operational inefficiencies are identified early and resolved effectively • Systems and workflows scale smoothly as the company grows • Leadership and client-facing teams trust you to execute critical work with precision and reliability
