Responsibilities
- Assisting the attorneys directly with writing arguments
- Preparing files for doctors to review
- Reviewing client files to provide historical timelines of events
- Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in regard to sensitive information
- Identifying deadlines and reacting accordingly to necessary workload adjustments to ensure that files are handled properly and in a timely manner
Skills

- Average to above average computer skills
- Associate Degree or above, or comparable work history in the legal or medical field

- Apt to identifying deadlines and reacting accordingly to necessary workload adjustments
- College Degree preferred, or comparable work history in the legal or medical field
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience in the legal field is preferred
- Individuals who have experience in any of the following areas have proven successful: legal field, medical field, social services, professional writing, claims/case management
