Key Responsibilities:
? Efficiently onboard new users and agents, guiding them through our processes.
? Communicate clearly and effectively with agents from various countries.
? Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a collaborative environment.
? Address and resolve client queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
? Gather and report client feedback to enhance our services.
? Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to our platform.
? Stay updated on our products to deliver accurate information to clients.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive support.

Work Hours:
? 7 PM to 3 AM IST
