Position Overview:
As a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a fully commission-based role, offering high earning potential for those who excel in phone-based sales and appointment setting. If you’re motivated by results and thrive on turning leads into opportunities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lists.
? Introduce and explain the company’s services.
? Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
? Overcome objections and qualify leads based on set criteria.
? Keep accurate records of call results and update the CRM system regularly.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
? Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
? Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to earn based on performance.
? Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
? Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation:
? This is a 100% commission-based role, with uncapped earning potential.
