Essential Functions:
? Support the Compliance Manager with Carrier and Compliance monitoring processes…
? Follow established procedures to appropriately review and update carrier profiles, assist carriers with issues and address emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
? Review all documentation submitted by carriers and insurance companies for carrier registration for accuracy.
? Review and monitor carrier performance on FMCSA websites.
? Develop and manage reports from VLMS/Magnus database to support carrier statuses and reviews.
? Communicate with team members, carriers, and external customers via telephone, written correspondence, in-person, or other electronic media.

? Meets attendance and punctuality standards, may require some weekend workExperience and Education:
? High School Diploma or GED required.
? At least 2 years of previous customer service experience preferred.
? Transportation industry experience preferred.
? Training experience is a plus.
? Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
