About Us Dimensional Health Care Associates, Inc. (DHCA) is a nurse owned and operated business in Maryland specializing in providing Nursing Delegation and Case Management services for over 30 years to community based agencies supporting people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We are seeking an administrative coordinator to join our team to provide support to our Clinical Supports team in Central Maryland and surrounding areas.   Competitive Pay - Base Salary $56,250 - $73,125 annually  Benefits  - PTO - Unlimited vacation - Paid Unplanned Time Off - Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Supplemental  - Simple IRA Additional Perks - Mileage reimbursement - Referral bonuses - Tuition Reimbursement Who we are looking for: - Proficiency using Google Platform and ability to quickly navigate new software programs and IT systems. - Multiple years of experience in a senior-level administrative support position. - Experience auditing or providing quality assurance with ability to provide measurable data through spreadsheets, Google slides, or other formats  - Highly organized with attention to detail - Flexibility in ability to travel Position Summary:     The Coordinator of Clinical Supports (CCS) is a predominantly remote position who is responsible for all non-standard clinical and departmental support.  This includes but is not limited to support with HRSTs, eMar management, assisting senior coordinator and director level duties and greater departmental objectives.  The CCS will support the department director with communication to agencies and nurses.  This position will have some recurrent duties but will also be assigned special projects by the directors and officer(s).  This person will help support new nurses with navigating the digital platforms and requirements of their jobs.  This position requires travel within and surrounding the state of Maryland.  The CCS is designated as a Mandatory/Essential employee. This employee is providing direct support to RN/CM/DNs, CMT Instructors and Triage Nurses who provide essential care to intellectually and developmentally disabled persons in the community and are required to report to work during State and/or National emergency periods. This may include traveling during periods with domestic travel restrictions. Essential Responsibilities:  - Communicate with and be responsive to the Senior Coordinator of Triage. - Take the lead and drive the work of special projects within the clinical supports department. - Ability to quickly learn and retain DHCA policies and procedures in order to be able to best support the nurses (both new and seasoned).   - Use the understanding of all DHCA practices in order to promote greater success and autonomy of the nurses in the Clinical Operations Department. - Be able to review documents and actions of both nurses and non-nurses for compliance with DHCA policies and practices as well as best practice in the field.   - Maintain regular communication with the agencies in order to close communication gaps as directed by the Senior Coordinator of Triage.   - Receive information from all members of leadership and filter that information to who needs to respond to it while handling anything they can.   - Collaborate with members of the quality enhancement team in order to ensure that their work is in line with the DHCA identified best practices. - Compile data in meaningful ways in order to help drive data informed decision making by the leadership. - Present the data to the directors and officer regularly in such a way that is realistic and meaningful. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum three (3) years experience in a senior-level administrative support position. - Proficiency with Google Suite and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly. - Auditing or quality assurance experience preferred.  - Must have current/valid state –issued driver’s license and own reliable transportation. - Must have a working “smart” cell phone capable of making calls, receiving calls, receiving emails and sending emails. - Must be able to fluently communicate in written and spoken English (Bi-lingual preferred). Physical requirements: - Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds up to 4 times during a scheduled workday. - Must be able to sit and look at a computer for 6 hours during a scheduled workday. - Must be able to type on a computer (both laptop and desktop) keyboard and utilize a computer mouse for 6 hours during a scheduled workday. - Must be able to walk up and down a minimum of 20 stairs. - Must be able to stand for a minimum of 90 minutes. - Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat throughout the day.
