Shift Timing: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Note: Drug test and BG and FP Required.

Key Responsibilities:
? Assist rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations.
? Resolve issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions.
? Maintain knowledge of products and processes.
? Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
? Meet performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
? Handle customer service mail and secure data with care.
? Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
? High School Diploma or GED.
? 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
? Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
? Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Availability: Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
