– Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Requirements:
– 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Resourceful and confident personality traits
– Strong persuasion and time management skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– High school diploma or equivalent
