Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lewisville, TX – Potential for Work From Home
Start Date : 9/9/2024
Pay: $13.50/hour = $540 weekly pay while you train and learn the job. $15.00/hr. once hired perm = $640 weekly pay!
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm (Flexible to train until 7PM and on Saturday as needed)
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday: 10am-7pm (You will work every Saturday and have another day off during the week). Always off on Sunday.
Job Responsibilities:
? Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound customer service calls from customers/clients who are having trouble with their garage door system or need help programming wireless devices.
? Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department.
? Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products.
? Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email
? Maintain proper documentation of customer files
Requirements:
? Service oriented skills – customer service experience required
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
