Job Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Compass Travel Co, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service and support from a remote location. Responsibilities:

? Issue Resolution: Address client issues and concerns effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure client satisfaction.
? Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our travel products, destinations, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
? Sales Support: Promote additional services, upgrades, and travel packages to enhance the client experience and drive sales revenue.
? Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications:
