Position Overview: We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Agents to assist customers in navigating the impact of a recent breach. Your role will be vital in providing clear information and support to those affected.
Key Responsibilities…
? Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions.
? Clearly explain the breach details and the services offered to them.
? Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all communications.
? Accurately submit CRM tickets to ensure effective issue resolution.
Qualifications:
? MUST have at least 1 year of remote customer service experience.
? Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
? Proven ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.
? Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
? Immediate availability with the ability to complete certification within 24 hours.
