Key Responsibilities:

? Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
? Data Entry:
? Accurately enter and maintain customer and shipment data into the company?s database and software systems.
? Ensure data integrity by verifying and correcting any discrepancies in the information provided.
? Scheduling:
? Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
? Work closely with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
? Shipment Tracking:
? Monitor and track shipments from origin to destination, providing real-time updates to customers as needed.
? Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration:
? Collaborate with other departments such as dispatch, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations and address any operational challenges.
? Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
? Organization and Punctuality:
? Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications:
