JOB RESPONSIBILITY

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

– Provide information about products and services to callers

– Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns

– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

– Follow up on customer calls when necessary

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

– Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment

– Good working knowledge of Adobe, Excel and Word

– Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
