Customer Service Representative – Full Time (Email, Phone & Chat Support)

Hello everyone,

We are a major manufacturer of goods for children throughout Europe, looking to expand our team and hire several full-time remote customer service representatives.

We are looking for motivated customer service specialists fluent in Dutch or German.

Working conditions:

– Hourly wage depends on your experience and the number of languages ??you know and is between $5-$15 per hour

– Working a total of 40 hours a week.

– Working from Monday – Friday (8:00 to 17:00 Central Europe Time).

Your daily tasks will include

– Communicating promptly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and e-chat to provide support and product information.

– Providing order status information and delivery

– Managing cancellation requests

– Resolving customer complaints

– Improving overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

– Previous experience – at least 1-year experience in customer service

– Reliability – ability to work full-time during business hours

– Proper service mentality – desire to listen to the needs and concerns of our customers and showing the genuine effort in solving their problems quickly and efficiently.

– Patience and Self-Control – you should be able to find an approach for every customer and stay calm in stressful situations.

– Ability to learn fast and stay open-minded.
