**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth
* Providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues to clients
* Championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex
* Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn
* Collecting product and operational feedback from clients and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
* Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
* Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
* Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company
* A strong desire to be in the technology space
* A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
* Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets
* A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
* A solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
* Curiosity and a desire to make an impact
