Customer Support Scheduling App

This role will be supporting a digital app on Shopify which gives customers online calendars for services. What started as an idea has grown into a trusted app for bookings. We have over 20K installs in 40+ countries.

The app has global reach and we are a global team! We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate that can help with responding to customer inquiries by chat app and email, guiding customers to help articles, coordinating with me (co-founder) on the top issues, and setting customer expectations. Business Hour would be USA timezones (8am – 6pm ET). We don’t need support all day, just for a few hours throughout the day can work, can manage a schedule with you and add more hours from there

Skills

– Written Communication to respond to customers, guide them towards the solution, and set expectations on fixes

– Communicate internally to escalate issues

– Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with ability to capture customer reviews

– Have a positive, friendly tone that is also understanding when customers are frustrated

– Dependability to conduct your work on time and on schedule

– Expertise with Shopify sites, how to use the orders and checkout

– Communicating issues to the team using Intercom, Trello or Email

Team

– Small team of 5, remote

– Use Email & WhatsApp to chat, Trello to organize issues, and Intercom to communicate to customers
