Key Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound customer service calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.

? Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
? Utilize Delta Airlines? systems and tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
? Stay updated on Delta Airlines? policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the best customer support.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
? Proficiency with computer systems and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred Skills:
? Previous experience working remotely.
