Position Overview
IRIS Software Group is seeking a Demand Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our Managed Payroll solutions in the Americas market. This role is ideal for a seasoned B2B marketer with a strong background in digital-first demand generation, account-based marketing, and pipeline acceleration. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue impact, while leading cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Reporting to the Director, Demand Gen for HCM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market plans and optimizing campaign performance. This is a high-impact role for a marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth for Managed Payroll solutions.

Own and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) programs, aligning closely with sales to target high-value accounts and accelerate deal velocity.
•
Collaborate with product marketing to refine messaging, positioning, and persona insights across the buyer journey.
•
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital channels including webinars, email, paid media, content syndication, and social media.
•
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-impact marketing assets and programs.

Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Required Skills and Experience
•
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
•
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital demand generation, content development and ABM.
•
Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
•
Experience in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, Hotjar, etc.).
•
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
•
Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
