Description:
? We are seeking a strategic and action-oriented marketing leader to build our provider marketing team from the ground up.
? Develop the strategy to acquire and retain mental health providers
? Work closely with provider strategy & operations to ensure a complete go-to-market approach.
Requirements:
? 8+ years of experience in marketing
? 4+ years of experience in a leadership people manager role with experience building a team from scratch
? 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B marketing (lead generation, demand generation)
? 3+ years of marketing experience in digital performance marketing (SEM, Job Boards)
? Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
? Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
? Proven experience developing and executing a marketing strategy
