• Experience supporting enterprise accounts or high-growth startup organizations
• Ability to generate new opportunities through relationship-building and engagement
• Proven track record in managing and growing an account portfolio
• Experience with technical or product-focused customers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Data fluency with metrics to inform strategy
