**Mercor is seeking experienced STEM or Humanities educators for an AI project with one of the world’s leading AI research labs.**
In this role, you will leverage your classroom experience and pedagogical expertise to help shape the future of artificial intelligence. Your insights will contribute to the development of safe large language models that understand and reflect how expert educators and students leverage AI.
Please note, those that are not teachers but personal tutors will _not_ be considered for this role.
### You're a great fit if you:
- Are a **licensed teacher or professor in the United States or internationally**
- Have **3+ years of full-time teaching experience**
- Hold at least a **bachelors degree** in education or a STEM subject area
- Routinely design and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction
- Can clearly articulate your thought process and teaching strategies
- Have strong written communication skills and a passion for education

- We are hiring immediately, and rolling start dates thereafter
- Requires **10–20 hours/week**, with potential to expand to **up to 40 hours/week**
