We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us turn subscribers into customers and customers into repeat buyers.
This role is not about blasting emails. It’s about strategy, execution, and results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and optimize core email flows (onboarding, post-purchase, engagement, win-back, upsell)
Plan and execute high-performing email campaigns
Improve deliverability, open rates, and conversions
Segment audiences based on behavior and lifecycle stage
Write or refine email copy (subject lines, CTAs, body)
Design clean, on-brand emails (Canva or native tools)
Monitor performance and continuously optimize
Ensure emails are sent accurately, on time, and to the right people
Tools We Use (or similar)
Klaviyo
Shopify
Mailchimp / HubSpot / MailerLite (depending on project)
Canva
Airtable or Google Sheets
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with email marketing (especially Klaviyo)
Strong understanding of ecommerce or SaaS lifecycle marketing
Comfortable working with segmentation, flows, and campaigns
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently and communicate clearly
Focused on long-term improvement, not quick hacks
