**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology to process customer orders and inquiries. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
