**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product information
* Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Minimum Requirements**
