As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology. You will also be responsible for building business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding customer needs, and recommending arenaflex's best solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology. * Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. * Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat. * Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions. * Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering. * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent.
