With a strong commitment to community support, client satisfaction, and environmental responsibility, we strive to be a force for good in everything we do. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency * A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills * 6 months of sales experience minimum * Ability to work independently * Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Ability to stay composed and objective * Strong listening skills * Superior negotiating skills **Work from Home Requirements** To work from home as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Connection Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Job Locations** This role is a remote work opportunity, and you will be working from home as part of our Cloud Campus. **Requisition ID** The Requisition ID for this role is 2024-54757. **Category** This role falls under the category of Customer Service/Support. **Country** This role is based in the United States. **Ready to Apply?** If you are a motivated individual ready to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply now!
