As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer complaints, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
* Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
* Running reports in SAP and working collaboratively with the team
* Providing excellent customer service through verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
* Self-motivated and team-oriented individual
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
* Microsoft Excel experience and S/4 Hana experience are a plus
