**Key Responsibilities**
As a Cargo Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Processing and handling cargo shipments, including checking in and out cargo, handling customs clearance, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including cargo manifests, customs forms, and other relevant documents
* Collaborating with other teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless cargo transportation
* Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cargo Agent. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
* Valid driver's license
* Basic digital literacy and typing skills
* Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Willingness to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, previous experience in cargo freight and warehouse operations, as well as typing/computer skills, are strongly preferred.
