As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert advice and support to customers on taylormadegolf.com. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand!
* Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment
* Communicating with customers at a professional level
* Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of golf experience
* 2+ years of club fitting experience
* In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products
* Familiarity with similar products from other brands
* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products (enthusiast to pro level)
* Strong typing skills (at least 35 wpm) and ability to communicate clearly
