As a Customer Care Voice Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for supporting less experienced team members, handling escalated issues, and interacting with clients and internal departments to solve issues. **Responsibilities** * Answering members inbound calls regarding verification of health insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim status * Supporting less experienced team members and handling escalated issues * Interacting with clients and internal departments to solve issues * Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities * Strong focus on quality, including attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability * Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team **Requirements** * High school diploma or GED * 3+ years of experience in customer service * 3+ years of experience that required a knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts * 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications * Minimum internet speed of 20 upload/20 download * Must have reliable transportation and be available to commute into the office in Providence, RI when required * Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 08:00pm EST) and Saturday or Sunday (08:00am to 12:00pm EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. This rate reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
