**Meet the Team**
Our Customer Delivery Architects are a vital part of the Customer Experience (CX) team, supporting our customers in the SLED sector. We work closely with arenaflex Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customers and as a liaison, share what is coming with our customers to help them be the groundbreakers of technology. Our team is dedicated to delivering a consistent outstanding customer experience, ensuring that arenaflex fully integrates the expectations of our SLED customers.
**Your Impact**
As a Customer Delivery Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that arenaflex delivers a consistent outstanding customer experience. In this customer-facing role, you will work with key partners throughout customer organizations, from technical staff to CXO level, building strong working relationships as a trusted advisor. You will stay informed about customer challenges and remain up-to-date on arenaflex's solutions and service offerings that can be proposed to address and resolve these challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with customers to understand their technical roadmaps and identify opportunities for arenaflex solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners throughout customer organizations
* Stay informed about customer challenges and remain up-to-date on arenaflex's solutions and service offerings
* Collaborate with arenaflex Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customers
* Provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners
* Lead or guide teams made up of arenaflex, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of technical network problems
* Deliver Cisco standard methodologies within our client's infrastructure
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 10 years of relevant experience in customer roles, within technical delivery, IT, or pre-sales product engineering
* BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
* CCIE in Security, Collaboration, and/or Route Switch
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our client's infrastructure
* Ability to lead or guide teams made up of arenaflex, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of technical network problems
* Ability to provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners
* Good communication, consulting, and consistent engagement skills to build productive collaborations

* Strong technical expertise in security, collaboration, and/or route switch
* Excellent customer relationship skills
* Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
