About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker) to join our team in Las Vegas, working remotely. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complex cases. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French will be essential in providing top-notch support to our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle English and French inbound/outbound calls/emails or chats according to company policy, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Identify and resolve customers' requests/questions or complaints using relevant knowledge base tools or other technical resources, applying analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues creatively and with minimal direction.
- Ensure excellent troubleshooting documentation, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
- Communicate and consult with colleagues to share best practice, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Follow best practice incident management processes to ensure the defined KPIs are met, including initial response time, quality scores, and client happiness rating.
- Comply with/complete global support specific or ad-hoc tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Escalate complex tickets to 2nd tier support and follow up for resolution, ensuring seamless issue resolution and minimal customer disruption.

The ideal candidate for this role will be customer-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution. You will have:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a Customer Service position where technical skills and troubleshooting were required, demonstrating a strong ability to apply analytical and investigative skills to resolve customer issues.
- A problem-solving character, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
- A team player mentality, with a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude towards staff and customers, contributing to a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Receptivity to constructive feedback and changes within the business, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Confidence and competence in handling complaints, mediation, and troubleshooting technical issues, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Experience within the travel, tourism, leisure, and hospitality industries would be an advantage, but a passion for customer care and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English & French is essential (C1 level), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages.
