We encourage everyone to apply! About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a night shift position. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, or social media. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve any incidents that arise on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service by phone, email, or social media for solving any incidents generated daily. - Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats will be a critical aspect of this role to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Take the extra mile to engage customers. - As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed. About You: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent who can work on a night shift position. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply: - Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable. - Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred. - High English level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English. - Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks. - Have good communication and interpersonal skills. - Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional. - Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills. - Are flexible.
