**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
* Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues
* Embracing change and adapting to new processes and technologies
**What We're Looking For**
* A hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Friendly and customer-focused in every situation, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and technologies
* Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment with varying shifts and overtime as required
* Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
* Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
