**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an iconic customer experience that sets us apart from the competition. You'll be responsible for connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone, guiding them through the car buying process, and ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor others as your skillset expands, and you'll be eligible for a performance-based sales incentive in addition to your hourly rate.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
* Use your knowledge of our inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
* Guide customers every step of the way, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
* Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
* Mentor others as your skillset expands
* Achieve sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
* Acquire the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel

**Qualifications and Requirements**
* Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail or a related field
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
* Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
* High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
* Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to needs of the business
* Must meet Minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and Speed of internet service)
* Must live in the state of Wisconsin
* Candidates must live within 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
