**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* Directly managing the customer service department, including customer service supervisors and teams
* Managing the activities of customer service representatives and supervisors to ensure effective support of customers and resource utilization
* Developing and sustaining a customer-focused organization that supports the sales process, including direct responsibilities for activities such as quote follow-up and validation of leads/opportunities
* Executing and continuously improving various processes involving customer service to ensure effective support of customers and sales agents
* Working with various business unit groups to drive efficiency and productivity improvements
* Continuously supporting the development of effective relationships with customers
* Proactively managing problems/issues to ensure customers value the service and support provided by arenaflex
* Understanding and complying with arenaflex's business and Health/Safety Policy and Procedures

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
* A minimum of 6 years of customer service and/or sales experience
* A minimum of 4 years of management experience
* Proficiency in MS Office, with Oracle experience preferred
* Understanding of telecommunications products, customers, and markets is a plus
