**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, navigating customers through our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless experience
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
