**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (FNOL) to join our team in a remote opportunity. As a FNOL Representative, you'll be responsible for actively listening to customers, clarifying information, and offering possible solutions to their inquiries, complaints, or problems. You'll work closely with our customers, agents, claimants, and employees to provide exceptional service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize various platforms to respond to inquiries from customers, applying a working knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures to have business-appropriate conversations and direct customers to the appropriate business decision.
* Resolve issues within scope of authority, escalating to appropriate areas or personnel as determined by company policy and procedure.
* Manage and service office account books of business in accordance with arenaflex policy and procedures.
* Apply proficient knowledge of arenaflex systems and products to respond to customer concerns for all lines of business.
* Process loss reports and claims within scope of authority and guidelines provided.
* Provide claims services, including repair options, rental reservations, property mitigation, and towing.
* Attend training and informational meetings to learn and maintain a working knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and processing systems, as well as industry knowledge and applicable licensure.
* Train and mentor less experienced staff, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for department and projects, as applicable.

**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Previous customer service experience preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 28 words per minute preferred.
* Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software required.
* Completion or active pursuit of insurance education preferred.
* Preferred courses or designations: General Insurance (INS 21, 22, 23), AIS (Associate in Insurance Services).

* Competitive salary range: $30,686.00 - $49,018.00 per year.
