**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, or other communication methods, providing timely and effective support to resolve their concerns.
* Assessing the nature of customer issues and determining whether they can be resolved within the customer service team's authority.
* Resolving inquiries related to underwriting, claims, accounting, and marketing, within designated guidelines.
* Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department and ensuring follow-through.
* Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and tracking service trends for continuous improvement.
* Greeting and assisting visitors while monitoring building access (if assigned to front-desk duties).
* Supporting administrative tasks such as folding and assembling renewal mailings as needed.
* Performing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent.
* A willingness to learn property and casualty insurance terminology and processes; prior experience in this area is a plus.
