**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients via mail and chat. You'll be responsible for responding to tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing step-by-step guidance to clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to all tickets on our system in a timely and professional manner
* Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
* Provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal, to clients via phone, email, or chat
* Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues, using active listening and empathetic communication skills
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate support to clients
**Requirements**
* At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company, software company, or related field
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* English language proficiency at a very good level (written and spoken)
* Maximum age of 30 years
* Sales experience is preferred, but not required
* Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
* Graduates only (Bachelor's degree or higher)

**Work Conditions**
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (working from home)
* 2 days off per month, with the option to change every month
* Hybrid work arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home or the office
* One-month paid training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
